The National Intellectual Property Administration made the invalidation review decision No. 581901, declaring the entire invention patent right of "A Breathing Valve" (Patent No. 201480083488.7) owned by Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Mindray Technology Co., Ltd. invalid.

In the other two patent invalidation cases handled by our side on behalf of Keman Medical, the National Intellectual Property Administration made invalidation decisions No. 563341 and No. 569272 respectively, declaring the entire invention patent right of "A Ventilation Mode Switching Device, Method and Anesthesia Machine, Respirator" (Patent No. 201010501396.X) owned by Mindray Medical invalid, as well as the entire invention patent right of "An Electrically Controlled Flow Control System and Method with Mechanical Control as Backup" (Patent No. 201210453845.7) owned by Mindray Medical invalid.
